As far as we have seen, no other system provider delivers an on-site, hands-on approach to system implementation like DDI System. Our Customer Care team is on the road at customer sites daily, striving to ensure that our users are satisfied and successful with their system.

This effective implementation program is based on the on-site presence of one or more DDI System Implementation Engineers for data conversion, workflow analysis, and hands-on training. DDI software is provided and installed by us, with no middlemen or dealers that may diminish quality.

Implementation 'Roadmap'
This outline is a guide to give you a sense of our well-developed implementation process, and the transparent, 'no hidden costs' approach that DDI System takes in providing our solution.

1. Needs Assessment

Our highly experienced solution analysts have over 10 years of experience with information technology for small and mid-sized companies. They will work with you to evaluate your company's immediate and long term needs. Part of this assessment will cover your computing hardware, including servers, workstations, printers, network and Internet communications.

2. Project Management

A Project Manager is assigned to your company to be your point of contact prior to the actual implementation. Your project manager will be available to discuss details of the implementation, your preparations, scheduling, planning, and on-site training, as well as hardware delivery and network setup.

3. Phased Implementation

Detailed implementation plans will be provided stating the phases that our team will guide you through. Every project includes workflow analysis, software installation, data conversion, forms configuration, data cleansing, remote and on-site training curriculumms

DDI has outstanding data conversion skills, and has converted data from nearly 100 different software applications, ranging from QuickBooks, MAS 90, 200, and Peachtree, to Eclipse, Prophet 21, Activant, NxTrend SX, SHIMS, FACTS, and dozens more. On-site data collection, performed immediately prior to going 'live' ensures that your company will experience the minimum downtime possible, typically less than 24 hours.

4. Initial Customer Care

Every implementation includes 30 days of extended support, with no additional customer support fees.

5. Advanced Training

Initial 'Boot Camp' training, provided by a team of implementation engineers, gets you up and running by the end of the week. Many clients benefit from the presence of a Customer Care trainer during the second week, depending on your company's resources and particular needs. Your Solutions Analyst will work with you to design an implementation experience that balances your company's needs with your budget.

4. Professional Services

The DDI System is a full-featured application with hundreds of parameters that will improve your business processes right from the start. Some companies have special needs or can benefit from additional application development that helps them be even more competitive in their marketplace. DDI's Professional Services Group will work with you to deliver enhancements that meet your needs, without becoming difficult to maintain customizations.
