Continuing Education
Advanced inventory management, advanced sales order management, product data file importing, and reporting and analysis are among the continuing education curriculums offered at DDI's training facility, or on-site at your location.
Workflow Audits
Customer Care Engineers work with you to review and analyze internal procedures that are related to your DDI System workflow and functions. We will provide specific recommendations, training services, and system configuration to improve efficiency, productivity and business performance.

Advanced Accounting Support
General Ledger support is limited to training on G/L functions and procedures. Accounting training and experience is a prerequisite for
the successful implementation of a financial reporting system. DDI's accounting experts can maximize your financial reporting capabilities through analysis with your accountant and in depth financial reporting configuration.
Database Audit
Recommended (optional) annual review of database performance and file integrity improves system speed and provides ongoing assurance of database file condition.
Advanced Client/Server Network
MS BackOffice integration, including Microsoft Exchange for email and workgroup productivity, Microsoft Small Business Server, wide area networking (remote sites) and network installation services are available.
Hardware Support
Assistance with diagnosis of printing problems, workstation problems, and basic network performance is a component of Customer Care.
Hardware support for servers, PC workstations, and other networking devices is limited to diagnosis of hardware failure. Your server computer must be covered under a hardware maintenance contract to
ensure cost effective and timely repairs in the event of a failure.
